A Look At Indoor Batting Cages
Batting cages play a central role in baseball and softball training. They are enclosures that help control the flight of baseballs and softballs during practice, and can be used to help improve a batter’s speed and accuracy.

Golf Exercise Benefits
Golf exercise benefits are many. Golfers have struggled for years with their games and have become very frustrated. I can't tell you how many times I play with golfers who are about to quit the game.

Listen - The Crack Of The Bat
The other day, as I watched my daughter take batting practice from her new batting coach, my eyes shifted to another batter that was being coached by another teacher. Her swings were slow, the ball was glancing off her bat and trickling into the...

Ice Hockey Fights Will Always Bring Fans to the NHL Games
However, if you look at it from a hockey fan’s point of view it is ice hockey fights that make hockey and the NHL what it is. Our sport is different than any other sport and that is also the reason why we are such huge hockey fans.
Fights bring excitement to the National Hockey League and they make it a game made for tough athletes at the same time. Many think that the fights are just to bring a bigger crowd the arena, but nothing could be further from the truth.
Fights are and will always be a big part of the National Hockey League.
A guess is that athletes of many other sports would never have put up with the level of physical contact you face in ice hockey.
The tough guys in hockey are
scared of nobody and they show up every night to protect their teammates. Many of these hockey players might not be the most skilled ones, but it is a tough job they are doing.
Many non-hockey fans say that the NHL is brutal and somehow I can understand those people too.
But, brutal or not, I will always love ice hockey fights and the NHL. They are just as an important part of ice hockey as hotdogs are in baseball.
